On Friday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinians near Ramallah and Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said several army jeeps invaded Bil’in village, west of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, searched and ransacked homes, and abducted Bara’ Riyad Burnat, 22.

The soldiers also invaded the nearby al-Janiya village, leading to protests, before firing gas bombs and concussion grenades.

In Tulkarem, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded Illar town, north of the city, searched homes, and abducted a former poetical prisoner, Nathir Mohammad Nassar, 51.

In related news, the soldiers assaulted two young men at the main entrance of Hibleh village, south of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia.

The soldiers ambushed the two young men, from the central West Bank city of Salfit, near a military gate and assaulted them, causing various cuts and bruises.
